General Requirements

ALL THINGS DOG ROOM's policies apply to all classes and events held at the room. The policies have been established to ensure the safety of both dogs and individuals while attending events and classes.  We appreciate everyone’s cooperation with these rules.

• Please be sure you have filled out a 2025 ATDR waiver before training.

​

• Please keep the second door to the room closed to retain heat in winter and cooler air in summer.

​

• Please wipe muddy paws and feet at the entrance. Towels are provided for  dogs. 

​​

• All rental periods must be scheduled in advance with ATDR. Any use over a 2.5hr period requires being scheduled via email at Allthingsdogroom@outlook.com. Hourly rentals can be scheduled through the online booking system. Rental periods begin at the scheduled time slot and all training including set up and clean-up activities are part of the rental period.

• Abuse of equipment will not be tolerated and any costs associated with damage will be the responsibility of the individual renting the space. ATDR reserves the right to deny access to any group or individual.

• Please turn off all lights, close all doors and lock main door before leaving.

 

• Please refrain from adjusting the temperature. 

​

• Please report any Facility and/or equipment issues immediately to ATDR at 250-897-8126

​

• Payment is due at the time of use. E transfer is preferred.  Cash or checks are accepted. ​

​

• Please inform ATDR as soon as possible if cancelling a booking

​

 

Clean Up!

​

• Please clean up after yourself and your dog. Please take doggy bag/waste with you. Do not discard feces in the room. Only bottles and cans go into the blue recycle containers. If you need supplies to clean up after your dog, they are located near the front doors. 

​

• Do not allow dogs to urinate on the building, trash cans or cones and respect our neighboring businesses.​ POTTY your dog before entering the building. PLAN breaks in your training/showing to take your dog outside to eliminate.
